About the Summit:

The 2011 New England Golf Summit is a collaborative effort which will be held on March 30 at Andover Country Club. The event will feature a keynote address and informative breakout sessions that will address current challenges surrounding the game and help club personnel and club officials better prepare for the upcoming golf season.

Serving as hosts of this inaugural, one-day event are the following organizations: Golf Course Superintendents Association of New England (GCSANE), New England Club Managers Association (NECMA), New England Golf Course Owners Association (NEGCOA), New England PGA (NEPGA), Ouimet Fund, Massachusetts Golf Association (MGA), New England Golf Association (NEGA), United States Golf Association (USGA), Deutsche Bank Championship and the Women’s Golf Association of Massachusetts.

"We are excited about providing this service once again to our Member Clubs," said Joe Sprague, executive director of the Massachusetts Golf Association. "The schedule of events will hopefully equip club personnel and officials with ideas and information that will better prepare them for the upcoming season."
